今週は、週末の予定で頭がいっぱいだった。

彼女は、ハツラツとしていて、健康的な女性で笑顔が可愛いいわゆるキャリーウーマンだ。

そう告げられ、僕は目の前が真っ暗になった。
でも何週間かたったある日なぜか連絡がきた。

その言葉に胸が躍った。
期待した、これは何かある。期待して良いのだ。
裕子とは出会った表参道でカジュアルな店に入った。
開口一番、裕子がいった。
「別れちゃった・・・」
ガッツポーズである。こう来る事はわかっていた。わかっていたがしかし、うれしい。
そんなうれしい表情を出す事無く、僕は彼女の話に耳を傾けた。
何となく別れる雰囲気はあったらしいが、その時は急にきたらしい。
彼女の笑いながら話す表情の中に悲しみが時折、見え隠れし、僕は彼女の力になれる様に一層耳を傾けていた。
2時間程度飲み食いしたあと、僕らは別れた。健全に別れた。
僕はその後にも予定があった。
六本木のクラブであった麻理子との約束があった。
集合場所は「トラスティ東京ベイサイド」仕事終わりに一杯のみたい。
そんな誘いだった。
今はまだ21時前、ここから飲めば23時ころ。
ロケーションは、抜群だ。
麻理子は大学を卒業したての社会人。
今、僕には風がふいている。
